How to get there

By train:

Since 1992, Seville has the AVE high speed train. This train has 20 daily journeys (in both directions) between Seville and Madrid with a maximum duration of 2 hours and a half. The Santa Justa Station is located on Kansas City Ave. within walking distance from the historical center

By plane

The airport is located 10 kilometers north of the city. Around 20 percent of the flights are from this city to other European destinations: London, Paris, Düsseldorf, Brussels, Frankfort, Rome, etc. To go from the airport to the urban center, visitors can take a taxi or a special bus service that will leave them at Puerta Jerez in the center of the city

By car

Another good way to get to Seville is through the motorway since the capital has a large road structure with a good number of dual carriageways and motorways.

Location

The Conde de Torrejón 10 units are located at neighboring buildings:

Conde de Torrejón 10 (units 1 to 9), 14 Plaza de Europa (units 10 and 11 with access to the garage) and the reception is located at 22 Divina Enfermera. All the buildings share a common garage.

The Conde de Torrejón 10 apartments are located at the historical, monumental center of the city. La Campana, located only 300 meters away, is the main place of Sevillian life. It is a bustling pedestrian area, distinguished by a wealth of stores; many of them are over a century old.

After a 10-minute enjoyable walk, there is a pedestrian area around the Cathedral with the Giralda bell tower, the Santa Cruz, Juderia and Arenal neighborhoods.

The apartments are fully surrounded by traditional charming houses, palaces, mansions, yards full of flowers, and above all history.
