In order to confirm a reservation, 20% should be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The rest will be paid when checking in  by credit card or cash.

A warranty deposit of 100 euros will be charged to your credit card when checking in. This amount will be returned when checking out if no damage has been caused to the apartments.

Check in and out conditions:

• Check in from 15:00 to 20:00. Other hours are possible. Consult by phoning 0034659254748
• In any case, the cliente must confirm the picking of keys with us in advance.
• At your arrival to Seville, call 0034659254748 (Marina) to reconfirm your entry.

Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations between 15 and 7 days prior to  your arrival date, we will charge  a 20% of the total cost of your reservations to your credit card.
• For cancellations within less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, we will charge a 50% of the total cost of your reservation to your credit card.
