BOOKING CONDITIONS

To confirm your reservation you do not need to make any prepayment unless your booking is above 1000 euros in which case we recommend you to contact us directly via email.

For bookings below 1000 euros, at your arrival, you are to pay the 100% of your stay, preferrably in cash although we accept both VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards. The details your provided us with are exclusivily for cancellation or no-show costs as stated below:

Arrivals and Departures:

• Arrivals from  15:00 to 20:00.  Other hours needs to be consulted by email or phone:l 615890184 (Reception)
• In any case, in order to pick up the keys we request a call or email one hour in advance
• Departures: The apartments must be left not later than: 12:00

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings of less than 1000 euros:

 If you cancel or modify more than 7 days before the arrival dates of your booking: NO CHARGES.

 If you cancel or modify with 6 or 3 days before the arrival dates of your booking, your credit card is to be charged with 25% of the total of  your stay.

 If  you cancel or modify with less than 3 days or in case of no-show, your credit card is to be charged with 50% of your total stay.

Bookings of more than 1000 euros:

The client at booking allows us to charge its credit card with the 50% of the total of the stay AS A refundable DEPOSIT in accordance with the following conditions:

If you cancel or modify with more than 30 days before the arrival date: No charges and the deposit would be refunded entirely.

If you cancel with between 29 and 16 days: there is a cancellation fee of the 50% of the Deposit charged 

If you cancel with between 15 and 3 days: the guest is not subject to any refund. And the deposit charged is for compensation of the loses caused.

If you cancel with less than 3 days or in case of no-show, the guests authorises us to charge the credit card with another 25% of the total stay for the loses caused.
